Passing of a Grand Master

Ill. Brethren and Brethren - I am saddened to inform you of the passing of Ill. and M.W.B. James E. Olmstead, Past Grand Master and Past Deputy for Ohio, on Wednesday, January 21, 2015, after a long battle with cancer. Arrangements are posted at the end of this communication. Ill. Bro. Olmstead's sons, Michael and David, are 33rd Degree members, and David is a plural member of the Valley of Cincinnati.

Visitation starting at        2:00 pm

OES Service                        7:00 pm

Masonic Service               7:30 pm

Scottish Rite Service       8:00 pm

 

Sunday @ Grace United Methodist Church 601 East Boundary Street, Perrysburg, OH 43551

Visitation starting at        2:00 pm

Funeral Service                 3:00 pm

Meal at Grace immediately following service

 

The family is requesting that no flowers be sent to either location, instead we ask that memorials be sent to either Hospice of Northwest Ohio (30000 East River Road, Perrysburg, OH 43551) or the Grand Lodge of Ohio Scholarship Fund (One Masonic Drive Springfield, Ohio 45504).

 

We will be practicing on Thursday January 22 at 7:30 PM for the degree we are doing on Josh Hahn on Saturday January 24 at 6:00 PM

We will need someone to stand in for the Senior Deacon for both, as he is out of town dealing with his fathers estate.
